How do I submit a sample to EAG?

Please submit an inquiry below, and someone will reach out to discuss your needs and if we are able to help we will send a quote. When a quote is issued, there will be instructions regarding the address to ship the sample to. Standard mail, UPS, etc., are all acceptable. It would be preferable to also email your EAG contact with the shipping tracking number.

What happens when the sample is submitted?

Once your sample is submitted, our receiving team registers the sample into our system, and it gets placed in our queue, where it is assigned to an operator/analyst. You will receive an e-mail once this occurs.

How can I pay for my tests?

As listed on your quote, you may pay via PO or Credit Card. If you elect for credit card, please email your EAG contact to receive a credit card authorization form.

What if I need my results faster?

Please discuss with your EAG contact to see if rush services are available for your type of test such as 1 or 2 day turn around.

I just received my data and now realize I need data from another technique (i.e. TEM after SIMS). What do I do?

Please discuss with your EAG contact who will be able to determine the next steps.
